We stand behind the quality of The Forward Bar and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Food Safety Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we’re here to make things right if you experience any issues.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at fuel@theforwardbar.com within 5 days of delivery with:

A photo of the product

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace the damaged item immediately.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a one-time refund on one box in your first order, no questions asked. Because of this, we encourage you to start with a single box order – Variety Pack is ideal for this. Sample to find your favorite flavors, then come back for more.

To be eligible, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel, skip, or change your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

5. How Refunds Work

If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
