We stand behind the quality of The Forward Bar and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
1. Food Safety Notice
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we’re here to make things right if you experience any issues.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at fuel@theforwardbar.com within 7 days of delivery with:
A photo of the product
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund—your choice.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Orders Only)
If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, we offer a one-time full refund for your first box, no questions asked. Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel, skip, or change your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
5. How Refunds Work
If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
