- Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking info when it ships.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.
- From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our site.

- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package leaves our facility.
4. Warm Weather Shipping
- Our bars are made with real, whole-food ingredients and no preservatives. In warm weather, they may soften during transit. We recommend refrigerating them upon arrival for peak freshness.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details—The Forward Bar is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
