It started in our South Florida kitchen. Mixing, rolling, testing, tweaking. We combined dates, seeds and honey-whole ingredients we found in our pantry, not in a lab. We wanted complete protein, clean fuel, and zero compromise.
Emily brought her expertise as an institute for integrative Nutrition (IIN) certified health coach, with a passion for wellness and food that heals. Joe brought his commitment to holistic living, which was inspired by his plant-based lifestyle and upbringing.
