All our protein bars are proudly made in the USA in a Certified Organic facility that adheres to strict food safety and quality standards.

Each Forward Bar has a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly. Check the best-by date on each package.

Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration is required, but some customers love keeping them in the fridge for a firmer texture.

Every ingredient in The Forward Bar comes from certified organic suppliers, because quality and purity matter to us. While the bar itself isn't officially certified organic yet, we chose to launch with full transparency rather than delay sharing something we deeply believe in. Certification is in progress, and we're committed to achieving it. While the seal is on its way, our standards have been there from the start.

We've partnered with Onward to provide carbon-neutral shipping protection and a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward Checkout+ to your order, you'll be protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

You'll have 90 days to trial our bars, with refund options if you're dissatisfied. Without protection, we'll still do our best to help with lost or damaged packages, but we can't guarantee recovery once the carrier takes possession.

Depending on the claim type, you can file as early as 15 days from delivery and as late as 90 days from delivery if you're leveraging the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Any replacement orders placed by Onward are still covered by Onward.
