NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR
The Forward Bar BFCM Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by The Forward Company, Inc., 3582 Admirals Way, Delray Beach, FL 33483 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Neither are the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of any of these people. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. ENTRY PERIOD AND WAVES
The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) entry periods (each a “Wave”):
- Wave 1: Begins 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 20, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on November 1, 2026.
- Wave 2: Begins 12:00:00 AM ET on November 2, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on November 18, 2026.
- Wave 3: Begins 12:00:00 AM ET on November 21, 2026 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on November 24, 2026.
Together, the Waves make up the “Entry Period.” No entries will be awarded for entries submitted, or purchases made, outside of a Wave. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper.
For avoidance of doubt, the three (3) Waves together make up a single Entry Period. There will be three (3) total winners of the Sweepstakes. Winners will not be selected separately for each Wave.
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are three (3) ways to earn entries during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Entry Values. The number of entries earned for each qualifying action is determined by the Wave in which you submit your Email Signup Entry (your “Signup Wave”):
- Wave 1 Signup: ten (10) entries per qualifying action
- Wave 2 Signup: five (5) entries per qualifying action
- Wave 3 Signup: three (3) entries per qualifying action
Your Signup Wave multiplier applies to your Email Signup Entry and to all Purchase Bonus Entries and Free Bonus Entry Requests (together the “Bonus Entries”) you earn during the remainder of the Entry Period.
(a) Email Signup Entry. Visit https://theforwardbar.com/pages/vip-list and complete the entry form with your valid email address. You will receive the number of entries for the Wave in which you sign up. Limit one (1) Email Signup Entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. By submitting an Email Signup Entry, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time.
(b) Purchase Bonus Entries. For each Box (as defined in Section 6) of The Forward Bar products purchased at theforwardbar.com during a Wave, you will receive the number of entries for the Wave in which you submitted your Email Signup Entry. Entries are credited to the email address associated with the order, based on the date and time the order is placed. Entries for orders that are canceled, refunded, or returned will be voided.
(c) Free Bonus Entry Request (No Purchase Necessary). During a Wave, visit https://theforwardbar.com/pages/vip-list and complete the entry form with your valid email address used for your Email Signup Entry. Each completed request earns the number of entries for the Wave in which you submitted your Email Signup Entry.
To qualify for (b) Purchase Bonus Entries or (c) Free Bonus Entry Requests, a participant must first complete an (a) Email Signup Entry, using the same email address. Purchases made or requests submitted before completing an Email Signup Entry will not earn Bonus Entries.
Entry Limits. Boxes purchased under method (b) and requests submitted under method (c) count toward a combined maximum of five (5) qualifying bonus actions per person. For example, 3 boxes purchased plus 2 Free Bonus Entry Requests during the Entry Period reaches the limit. For avoidance of doubt, the associated multiples for Purchase Bonus Entries and Free Bonus Entry Requests apply based on Email Signup Entry date and the associated Wave. Purchases or requests beyond the limit will not earn additional entries. The maximum Bonus Entries per person are fifty (50) if Email Signup Entry during Wave 1, twenty-five (25) if Email Signup Entry during Wave 2, and fifteen (15) if Email Signup Entry during Wave 3. These maximums are identical for entrants who purchase and entrants who do not.
Equal Value. Entries received through each method of entry are of equal value and have an equal chance of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by use of multiple identities or email addresses, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. If there is a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries obtained through the free methods of entry have the same value as entries obtained through purchase.
6. PRIZES
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each “Box” contains nine (9) The Forward Bar protein bars and has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $39.99. Prizes will be shipped in shipments of six (6) Boxes each.
(a) First Prize (1): A three-year supply of The Forward Bar (based on one Box per month), totaling thirty-six (36) Boxes, delivered in six (6) shipments of six (6) Boxes each. ARV: $1,439.64.
(b) Second Prize (1): A one-year supply of The Forward Bar (based on one Box per month), totaling twelve (12) Boxes, delivered in two (2) shipments of six (6) Boxes each. ARV: $479.88.
(c) Third Prize (1): A six-month supply of The Forward Bar (based on one Box per month), totaling six (6) Boxes, delivered in one (1) shipment of six (6) Boxes. ARV: $239.94.
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,159.46.
Prize Terms. The first shipment will be sent within thirty (30) days after winner verification. Any additional shipments will be sent every 180 days thereafter, with all shipments completed once each respective winner has received the full prize amount. All shipments are sent at no cost to the winner to a single address within the United States. The winner may select flavors for each shipment from products Sponsor has available at the time of shipment. If a flavor or product is unavailable or discontinued, Sponsor will substitute a product of equal or greater value. The winner must notify Sponsor of any change of shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for shipments that are lost or undeliverable because the winner provided an incorrect or outdated address. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor as stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded as described. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. ARV reflects Sponsor’s standard retail price at the time these Official Rules were drafted. If Sponsor discontinues its products, ceases operations, or undergoes a change of control before a prize is fully delivered, Sponsor or its successor may deliver the remaining Boxes on an accelerated schedule or substitute products of equal or greater value.
7. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. WINNER SELECTION
On or about December 3, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during all three Waves. The first entry drawn will win the First Prize, the second the Second Prize, and the third the Third Prize. If an entrant is drawn more than once, that entrant will receive only the highest prize, and another entry will be drawn. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email, at the email address used to enter, within three (3) days after the drawing. Each potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. A potential winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, if any of the following occurs: the potential winner does not respond or return the required documents within that time, the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the potential winner is found ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules.
10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the value of their prize. Because no individual prize has an ARV of $2,000 or more, Sponsor does not expect to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. However, Sponsor may require a winner to provide tax information if required by applicable law.
11. EMAIL CONSENT AND PRIVACY
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://theforwardbar.com/pages/privacy-policy.
12. SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release each such platform from all liability in connection with the Sweepstakes.
13. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to have tampered with the entry process or violated these Official Rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. In that case, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the action was taken. Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
